A significant feature of this Lot is the waterway regeneration and native replanting that will attract more native birdlife in the years to come. Lot #10 enjoys North Western views of the Tararua Ranges, which are a distant blue in summer and a dark green snow capped feature in the Winter months.

The building platform on Lot 10 will benefit from an outlook to the North East toward the Ponatahi hills and a major frontage on the new planting in the wetland areas which carry water during the winter months*.
