The safety of visitors to Rapaki is a priority. Rapaki is located in a rural setting, and while we take every precaution, guests should be aware of the inherent risks of visiting rural environments.
Health & Safety.
Please adhere to all health and safety guidance provided by our agents while at Rapaki. This includes following safety and emergency protocols;
– Do not enter the lakes – please keep well away from the lake surroundings and the lakes;
– Be aware of possible risk from farm fences, fallen branches and rabbit holes while on the Lots;
– Please make note of any emergency procedures advised by the Bayleys agents.
Parking and personal possessions.
If you take your own vehicle to visit Rapaki, please be aware;
– There is no public parking on the driveway;
– All personal items and possessions are your responsibility while in your car;
– Rapaki does not operate an unattended or lost property service.
Liability.
Visitors to Rapaki Lots do so at their own risk. We request visitors only view Rapaki with one of the Rapaki Bayleys agents. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Rapaki is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from activities undertaken during your visit.
Weather.
New Zealand weather can change rapidly. Any Lot visits may be postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions.
Governing Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
